On Feb 28th they came out to drain my kitchen plumbing. They were not able to and told me they would need to cut my dry wall to get through. Charged me 288.00 to tell me that. Next day my husband purchased a 50 feet auger and fix the problem. Been calling for over a month to get my money back and the “owner” won’t take my calls nor refund me. I say the owner because that’s is what the customer service lady said I should talk too. This is crazy, and mind blowing how a business can operate

What a day Saturday was, and Steve stepped in to rescue us. There were many complications created by plant roots that had been growing in the pipes for years. He scoped the line and showed us the findings. Cleaned out the growth and debris on a warm and sticky Fall day. He found that the access up near our home was faulty and recommended replacement. The joints had failed and the roots had found their way in. He kept at the job until it was done and done right. Very professional. We highly recommend Mr. Rooter and especially, Steve.

Incredible amount of indoor and outdoor work completed by a team of three men and a backhoe in one day. Despite several obstacles encountered, all were overcome and the result is an operational kitchen sink and laundry tub with pump replacing prior failing and patched together work arounds. Excellent work ethic. I recommend.
