  Very responsive to a shower faucet that wouldn't shut off. Sebastian was quite professional and courteous. He also took the time to answer any questions I had, and explain the cause of the issue. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

  My daughter’s bathtub faucet wouldn’t shut off late last night. I couldn’t fix it and had to let the water run overnight. Called a couple of plumbers first thing this morning and Mr Rooter was the only one able to send a repairman out in a few hours. Sebastian was very professional and fixed the faucet in no time with a very competitive price. Thrilled that this problem was resolved so quickly this morning. Would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

  The kitchen sink drain was not working due to rice being put down the drain, biggest mistake ever! We call Mr. Rooter and Sebastian the service tech was very helpful. He tried a couple things first to see if he could fix the drain without any charge. He later said he had the snake the drain. He was very quick and sufficient and got the job done! Thank you again! I will definitely use this company again.
