  Very caring and helpful folks. Made several calls last week trying to get someone out on Friday or Saturday to change my water heater. Due to the winter storm that came in on Wednesday evening, everyone wanted to put it off until Monday. I was too concerned with the rusted connections on it and wanted to try and get it done before then. Ms. Donna was very nice and helpful. Steve was caring enough to even offer to set it up for Friday. However the roads were still icy and even though they couldn't get out to do it that day. He came over in his personal truck and secured the water lines from possibly leaking. Showed up on Saturday and got it taken care of. The most incredible thing was that they didnt charge me what they quoted as he felt bad for not getting it done on Friday. I will certainly be using them from now on for all and any plumbing needs. Highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

  Steve of GPS did a great job. He was quick, clean, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and a pleasure to work with. And when the part that I supplied didn’t work well, he came back and put in a new one…for free! He stands behind his work! I recommend him highly. He’s everything you’d want in a plumber. Marc W

  GPS was great about being upfront with their reasonable prices and very prompt. They were even willing to show up a day early. They replaced a few shutoff valves. They were on time, quick, and very professional. I will be recommending them going forward.
