I needed a water heater repair. They were here the same day. Did the work within quoted price and quickly. Highly recommend. Special thank you to Rich Rollin for taking such good care of me.

I called on behalf of my 90 year old neighbor that had a slow drain. I’ve flipped and built houses from scratch for a living until i retired recently. Honest dude and trustworthy in my opinion. He knew his stuff, and ya i quizzed him on the roto reamer type, older 1957 built homes, interior wall pipes etc etc. So with the service call fee $75 and him running 30 feet of the reamer into the pipes, the total was about $275. And this old home did not have an exterior plumbing clean out port… so he had to do it through the kitchen drain port. Good guy, i would use him again. And no his truck doesnt have the fresh beautiful paint job showed on the website. Who cares if you are good at what you do?

Avoid Francesca at all costs… Terrible experience, came 4 hours late (not the end of the world but annoying), said they needed to order a part…. 2+ weeks later with no communication (I’m assuming the part is in transit at this time) I reach out and they ask me what kind of toilet I have so they can try to order the part. So nothing had been done. Not sure if I would have ever heard from them had I not followed up. Icing on the cake when they decide to refund the money and I ask her to email me saying it will be refunded so I have a record of it should it not come through because I don’t really trust the company, she says “I’m sorry you have trust issues” and hangs up the phone. Kind of funny but not very professional. A real peach

Mr. Halligan, I am sorry that you were not happy with the services my company attempted to provide you for your toilet. You do not have a standard toilet installed in your apartment. Our technician on site looked for a model number or name on it so he could research it and could not find anything, so he took pictures and brought them back to the office so we could email them out to our suppliers to see if they recognized what type of toilet you had and if they could order the parts. We struck out with 4 suppliers and were waiting for one more that specializes in European products to get back with us. When we received your inquiry this morning we reached back out to that last supplier. Unfortunately, in our plumbing world (and it seems in everyone's world today) there is a labor shortage and response time is taking longer than it did in the pre COVID world. Anyway, when you made your inquiry today about the parts we tried to give you all of the information we had and where we were at with our search. Unfortunately, we couldn't get an word in edge wise with you talking over us. I can assure you that when we decided that we didn't want you as our customer we refunded your $75.00 service fee to the credit card you provided at time of booking. An email receipt will be sent once it processes.
