  If you want Jacob to hang up on you, give them a call. Also, if you happen to leave a message, you don't get return calls either. The front staff is the face of the company. I believe it's time to clean house at that Mr. Rooter.

  SCAM!!! Had them at my home to replace broken water lines fast forward 2 years and the MAIN water line is broken and rather than come out and fix the problem the secretary hung up on me over a dozen times and finally spoke to the female owner who chose to lecture me on my manners (I was upset but calm) and hung up on me. After a looooot of phone tag she tells me that they wont honor any previous guarantees and refuse to do anymore work on my home and even if I were to pay the full cost of replacing the main water line they wont do it! Money well wasted and my kids still wont have water. RUN FAR RUN FAST!

  When every other plumber in our area was filled and busy with frozen pipes, I called at 2pm and had a guy out here by 5 same day. He got our water running after we tried everything for 2 days. I can't say enough about how wonderful he was. We will call again for sure if we ever need help. Thanks Mr. Rooter!!!
