  Ken was very professional. The problem was diagnosed with my heating unit, parts were ordered and the unit was repaired in a timely manner and as quoted. It is nice to have a company you can trust.

  We are closely located to this business. We called twice on getting a refrigerator repaired and was told that somebody would be contacting us back. Never heard back from this company at all. Why advertise your business if you're not prepared to offer your service to the public?

  I called for 3 weeks in a row after someone came out to give me a quote on a new furnace. They never called me back after being told for weeks by the receptionist that kim would call me. The last visit when they came out to update my thermostat they left 2 exposed wires in my furnace which then caused my furnace to go out and is also an electrical fire hazard. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
