Put in a request on a Sunday to have someone come repair a bypass valve for a pipe. Immediately got a text that we'd be contacted soon for more info/to set something up, and received a call to do so within 5 minutes. The serviceman, Chris, came on Wednesday on time and was very professional and polite. Reviewed the issue and quoted the fix quickly, and got to work immediately. He was efficient and changed out the valves, providing answers to questions along the way, and provided recommendations without pushing a sale. He was great.

First time using this company and not one bad thing to say.  Dayton was very informative. Easy to converse with. He did a good job cleaning up after he was done. Very respectful towards my rowdy kids. A perk i like is that they text you  a profile with a picture so you know a little about your technician. Would definitely recommend this company and they got one more satisfied and repeat customer

The servicemen were courteous and professional.  They explained everything that they were going to do and gave me options that allowed me to get the necessary work done without incurring additional expense.  They did a very dirty job (sewer clearing) but when they were done everything was clean and sanitized.  Last, but not least, the services provided (clean-out, drain scope, 1 yr guarantee) were provided for a very reasonable price.  Will definitely use this company again should the need arise.

Excellent service! We had a plumber come out from Summers and tell us our pipes would need to be replaced and quoted us nearly 2 grand. Called Mr Plumber and they were able to come out and fix the clog. Better yet, they weren't even going to charge us if they could not. Very happy we called!

After having some negative experiences with another local plumber, we decided to call Mr. Plumber when our drain sprung a leak and needed fixed quickly. The phone representative was very nice and thorough in our conversation, making sure she got all of the necessary information. Less than 2 hours later, our Technician Jon arrived. In no time at all Jon had our drain repaired, and also replaced an incorrect piece of our garbage disposal. Jon was incredibly personable, getting the job done quickly and correctly while still holding a great conversation. We cannot give higher praise to Jon and Mr. Plumber. ALL skilled trade work is expensive now, but the quick and effective job more than made up for the premium of having a professional do the job.

I had Mr. Plumber install a water heater and softener 5 months ago. I paid for an extended warranty. Four days ago, one of the pipes was leaking out of an overflow valve. I had four service visits over 3 days with the first 3 technicians indicating they could not fix it. After the runaround, the third service technician contacted the plumbing supervisor and a fourth service technician was assigned. The fourth service person - who originally installed the water heater and softener - said that he was "sorry for not looking up" at the pipes and installing it properly 5 months ago. As a result of his error and not doing his job properly the first time, I had to pay again $535 to repair his error and poor workmanship from 5 months ago. I did get an approximate $200 "discount" for the 3 days wasted on this repair, but no accountability for their own installation error. When I paid for a water heater and softener, installation, and a warranty, I would expect it to be done properly. I will update the review if Mr. Plumber makes this right. Otherwise, be wary of having anything installed, warrantied, or addressed in an appropriate manner.

EDIT: Mr. Plumber reached out to me and provided a refund indicating the job should have been completed correctly the first time and that they valued me as a customer. I appreciate the refund, but did not really feel valued with all this hassle. Hopefully, subsequent experiences will be better in the future. 3 stars (up from 1) given all the hassle but an attempt to right their mistake.

We called on a Saturday and luckily Kyle was only an hour away. When he arrived he got to work right away, was very professional and knowledgeable, and very friendly, too. We were surprised to learn the drain unclogging was guaranteed for one year, and that we could set an appointment to have the line scoped for no extra charge, and the charge was very reasonable in the first place, especially for work on the weekend. We would absolutely call Kyle and Mr. Plumber again.

I was very pleased with the service.  The service technician (Dayton ) was extremely friendly.  He made me comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I felt as if I had a good friend or family member that was taking care of my plumbing problems.  He was straight forward didn't try to sale me on anything.  He gave me options and didn't make me feel as if he was just trying to get the most money he could out of me but rather felt he was just trying to help me with a bad situation.  Thanks  and I highly recommend Mr plumber especially if all of their techs are as great as Dayton

My technician, Christian, was very quick to respond for an emergency call. He called, figured out the situation and was on his way! When he got here he was very polite, and very eager to help me resolve the situation. Luckily for both of us it wasn't that bad! He had me taken care of in no time! Saved my night! Mr Plumber was great to work with and reasonably priced. Overall I am extremely happy using them!
