  The technician. Mr. Peter Butler was very professional, courtesy and technically proficient at his job. He kept me inform every step of way and explained in laymen term of what he propose doing and why it was required. He pointed out potentially problems that would occur in short term. I highly recommend this company and Mr. Butler.

  Our tankless gas hot water heater had not been functioning properly over the last couple weeks. I reached out to this company to schedule a service call. The service team arrived on time, were very professional, diagnosed, explained the problems to me and offered repair solutions to correct my problem. I gave permission to perform the repair solutions and the end result is we now have consistent hot water. Very positive experience, highly recommend this company!
