Bragg's has provided our HVAC services for over 30 years. They have been reliable, on time, competent and reasonable.

They designed and installed my new construction HVAC 6 years ago and did a very good job.  Their repairman was here last week only one day after I called to report the AC stopped working.  He replaced a bad capacitor (under warranty so free) and left after checking pressures etc..  He came back 2 weeks later after the AC again stopped.  The problem turned out to be a damper that hung up intermittently so hard to detect.  He did not charge anything for the 2nd service visit. This outfit is great.

Awesome customer service!! AC died this week after hours, of course. Left a message on the answering service Tues evening. Received a call from Kevin at Bragg at 8:15 Wed a.m. with him saying they wouldn't be able get out until...I'm expecting him to say several days here...3 p.m. that day! Service tech came out at 3 and house was cool by the time I arrived home from work!! BTW, this type of service after having allowed our regular semi-annual maintenance contract to lapse during COVID! Great job, Bragg!!👍👍

I’ve had Bragg replace one of my HVAC systems, their professionalism and efficiency is notable.  I’m so pleased with my choice, having gone through several other HVAC companies.  I’ve been with them at least 2 years now and appreciate their responsiveness in the maintenance of both my units.

Contracted for HVAC maintenance in October at a house that we purchased in April, 2019.  They were backed up on fall inspections, but we asked for an expedited inspection of the gas heating system.  We had no history to go by and were not familiar with the heating system.  Bragg Heating accommodated our request  The technician was very thorough in inspecting and cleaning our two systems.  He found and corrected issues (not serious) with our gas heating system.  We would recommend them highly.

Crawl space. All this was completed in two days

Had the upstairs A/C/Heat pump replaced and was very impressed.  Roger  (manager) came out and gave us a VERY detailed proposal with several options to meet our budget, including several modifications to make the unit work better that were not even addressed by the other businesses'  quotes. Price was very fair and substantially less than others.  The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up like they were never here-except that I now had cold air!!  Billed me after the job was complete, with no up front costs. Very pleased with their professionalism and competence.  Wish I had used them for my downstairs change-out a coup-le of years ago.

Was out of the country and had to arrange repairs over the phone. The office staff was friendly and helpful.  Repairman came very quickly and repaired the ac problem at a very reasonable price. Permanent customer now
