  Use this company to replace your septic drain field. Not only did they come in at a reasonable price, they did the job in two days. That was with permit and inspection. Very professional, very knowledgeable and most importantly, the work was quality.

  Mr. C’s did not adhere to their project start date and had to consistently be chased to come on site to finish the job. Mr. C’s drove their machine right through my front yard due to lack of supervision—there is an open alleyway in the back of house leading directly to the job site. “Don’t worry your lawn will grow back” Mr. C’s has left a 8ft. high mound of dirt in my driveway for no apparent reason—will this ever be collected? 100% would not reccomend.

  Dear Mr. Segreti, we are so very sorry to hear that you feel this way. In our defense, when we called to start you were not ready, you asked us to delay our start date because you wanted your pool contractor to get his permit so he could come in right after us. You delayed us so long that your septic permit expired. Unfortunately, when you were ready we were in the middle of other projects so the job was delayed even further. You are correct that we drove our machine over your grass, however please recall that we offered to replace the grass. We both came to an agreement that we would remove a tree for you in exchange for your replacing the grass. In regards to the the dirt, apparently there was a miscommunication between our crew and your pool contractor about leaving it there. Nevertheless, it is our responsibility to remove the dirt. Please rest assure, this will be handled today. We do hope that you accept our apologies for this happening as we continue to strive to satisfy our customers.

  I had a great experience with Mr. C's Plumbing & Septic. I hired them to survey my septic system, do a cleaning, and pressure wash. They were extremely professional and right on time. I had had a bad experience with a different septic company that came out and insisted they needed to use a camera to "locate" my septic tank and then stuck me with an insane bill without ever even opening the tank. Well come to find out, that other company didn't even mark the right spot for the tank even with their fancy camera equipment. Thankfully Mr. C's guys were determined to find the tank and did so with no problem the old fashioned way. I really appreciate their work and professionalism. I will definitely be using them in the future.
