Joey was very professional and neat.   The problem is  on going but he was very honest in that, there may be more work needed.  He put in my new kitchen faucet and it looks great.  He had a very well mannered assistant with him.  I will be calling them to continue to work out the problem.  I continue to have problems with my hot water.  But he fixed the kitchen sink so I have water in there again

I was shopping around for a plumbing company and found A to Z Statewide Plumbing and what can I say? What an awesome find! Everything from requesting the service over the phone to the actual work performed was great. Ralph was our service technician and was extremely professional and insightful. Ralph came out to assess the issues we were having and genuinely provided helpful guidance to allow us to make an informed decision on the services he recommends we perform to correct our issues. While inside the home he was very respectful of keeping the home clean as he performed his work. Overall, we were pleased with the service and would highly recommend this company.

Pretty bad experience, and pretty expensive
after coming over they said they would be able to replace the water heater, however they didn’t take the measurement so the new one would not fit.
We ended up installing a tankless water heater after a week of delay.
They installed a unit that at Home Depot costs less that 300 dollars; we ended up paying well over 1000 dollars just to get the job done.
Would not recommend them.

They rescheduled the appointment so we waited about 2 weeks for service. They cleaned the drain in car wash area, no warranty it won’t be clogged again. So far so good.

Had a bad clog in the shower drain. Roto Rooter came in and quoted $4500 to break the shower floor and replace the P Drain. A-Z Ralph said he could suck out the pebbles and sand out of the drain. $175 later I have my problem fixed. What an honest guy and company. 5 Star service, GOOD OLD HONEST SERVICE.

This company is completely professional from our first phone call to the final outcome...from A to Z, if you will! Calling and making an appointment was fast and easy and they keep you updated through texts and emails on when the technician would be there. The tech who came to our house, Ralph, was friendly and knowledgeable. This is the second time we've called on them for help and they responded in the best ways possible.
