  Referred to Mr. Bill's. I was able to fit into a cancelation time slot the same day I called. Techs were very courteous, knowledgable, and reliable. The Kitchen sink self-install gone bad - tuned into a great experience, both with quality and professionalism. My next "gone-bad self plumbing adventure" will be another call to Mr. Bill's for a rescue! Thanks Guys!

  Very polite office staff and workers, they were considerate on time and walked me through everything that needed to be done. I even got to meet the owner in the course of this and found him to be very nice and down to earth guy! Great people to work with, I had additional lines ran in my basement for another washer/dryer and an inverter installed as well. I took the advice and had additional electrical outlets installed before we started. (basement is not finished) They also helped rerun my watersoftner lines as it needed to be put on the correct outflow. On a separate occasion I sent them out to my mothers to replace a toilet that was aging poorly and they also took away all the old stuff. I found them by word of mouth from another home owner who said they did a good job. Go onto their Facebook page and get the coupon if it is still there and save a little extra.
