Drew did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing my plumbing problem. He responded very quickly to my inquiry, and was even able to get to me the same day! He even came out on a Sunday night to fix my problem.  Very professional, and knowledgeable. Elite  will be my first call for my future plumbing needs!

Drew gets bonus points for finding my wallet that was left in our basement by accident! But the real story... he fixed a minor issue with a toilet at no charge and made a recommendation for how to proceed in the future. He also upgraded the piping setup for our basement ejector pump. He didn't charge a fee just to show up and was considerably less expensive than our previous plumbers. We will use him both at home and our office location in the future!

Even though Drew was unable to get my specific job scheduled due to his earned vacation time - He suggested an alternative company that might be more accommodating to my urgent need.  They were! They also exhibited the same professionalism and reliability he expected.  Thank you Drew! Another future plumbing disaster of my making, I will give Drew a call!

My wife and I had an unexpected issue with a basement drain (water on the floor) and could not figure out what was the cause. An email to Drew elicited a quick reply and his responsiveness had him at our house the next day. Drew figured out the issue and then took care of our other issues (outside spigot, leaking faucet, and replacing a kitchen faucet) quickly and efficiently.
He came masked, cleaned up without being prompted, and we felt that he provided a great value with good feedback on maintenance issues. We would definitely recommend him - and use him again (when the time comes.)

Thanks to Drew Hunter of Elite Plumbing, my water heater problem was resolved quickly and efficiently.  I noticed rusty water stains on my water heater tank and a puddle of water on the floor. I had placed a call to the company who had installed the water heater in my home when it was new.  Let me say, it was a bad experience.  They wanted way too much to replace my water heater that was under warranty, telling me that the job would take two people and that was the reason for the high estimate. They also stated that they were giving me two discounts to get to this price. This didn't seem right to me.  I placed a call to Drew of Elite Plumbing; He answered my questions and explained the process.  I requested a quote without divulging the amount of the previous quote.  I saved more than 50% of the cost and the job was done the next day with one person.  It became clear to me that the other company was attempting to take advantage of me.  Drew was clean, caring, and courteous with his work.  Next time I need a plumber, Elite Plumbing will be my only call for quality service.

Drew, the owner, installed my sump pump in my crawl space and installed my sink faucet when I had granite installed. Before the granite went in, he also ripped up my old counter tops and hauled them away so I didn't have to pay WAY more with the granite installer. Elite's prices are SO good, and you're getting excellent quality. Too many contractors take advantage of people, but you will never feel like this dealing with Elite. The sump pump and faucet are going strong, and I will use Drew for all my plumbing needs in the future!

Our kitchen faucet started leaking down the sprayer onto the surface under the sink. I went to Elite Plumbing website because the company is listed fifteen minutes from our residence. I left a written message, received a prompt reply and phone call. We were given instructions of a few brands for our kitchen. Bought the faucet and not even 24 hours later from the time we left a message installation was done.
Polite, diligent, affordable and prompt are just a few mentions to this service. Equipment and appearance of Technician was very professional.

Drew has done fantastic work for me on my refinishing jobs at Perry Hardwoods. We schedule him out the week after we do our final coats to replace toilets and fix anything that might cause problems down the line for homeowners. He replaced a leaky connection to a toilet for us the same day we called him which allowed us to finish our job on schedule! Very impressed with Drew. He was able to come out with short notice on a Friday night to replace a hot water heater. His quote was very reasonable and we are happy with his work.

So ome of the Major appliances that people fear went out on me, noticed on a Tuesday morning as hot water was running across my basement, a new water heater was needed. I've heard of the fancy tankless water heater but didn't know much. I texted Drew at 6a and after some quick conversations, I had a brand new top of the line tankless water heater installed before i got home at 5p. I trusted in my home without supervision, no problems at all. The install was clean and is operating well. Customer for life after that wonderful interaction.
