  BJ and Lars and their entire crew were a lifesaver for us! After returning late at night to a half flooded house they were there on site late on Sunday night! Good communication of what to expect, how to work with them and the Insurance company and all the work was done timely. Huge help to get it all demolished, dried out and cleaned up for the rebuild. Thanks Guys!

  I cannot say enough about Lars and BJ. When we had an emergency at our business, on a Sunday morning, Lars and BJ were on site within an hour. They mitigated the damage, coordinated with my insurance company, and handled the rebuild. Recently, I experienced a similar situation at my home, and again, they handled all aspects of the job. I generally don’t write reviews, but if anyone in Pagosa Springs Colorado deserves a great one, it’s these guys David

  I am not sure what Mountain Men Disaster Mitigation folks do, but if I ever have what I think is a bad situation, I will call them. .... I live on Stevens Circle in Pagosa Springs. Today, I drove out of my driveway and immediately got stuck in a snowbank. (I was in a 4 wheel drive Jeep Wrangler!) .... A guy in a tractor on his way to a job in our neighborhood drove by and asked if I needed help. .... 10 minutes later, he had me pulled out. .... I asked him if he would accept some payment; he said "no thanks". ... I asked his name. It is Lars. .... So moral of the story, I hope I don't have a disaster that I can't handle myself, but if I do, I will call these guys. ... I think they are good Samaritans who can be trusted!
