I have been trying to get my icemaker fixed since July. There have been several service calls and parts replaced. The repairman is very frustrated as he is unable to contact the Sears technicians. My warranty ran out the end of July. I will not purchase the new one UNTIL the icemaker is repaired. I am very disappointed at this point. The local repair man has been very diligent, but unsuccessful without help

One of the worst experiences I ever had there pulled up to the front door just to find they have closed for Good.
