  The best customer service I have ever experienced! My wife and I were having trouble with our hot water tank so we called W.H. Motsch & Sons plumbing. Best married decision we've ever made! They were out within the hour, and after a friendly conversation with Mike, we ended up having them install a brand new hot water tank. We thought New Year, new hot water tank! Not only do we have scalding hot water now, they went above and beyond the call of duty. Our bottom step was broken off due to wear and tear and they even fixed that too! In the frigid temps we thanked them with some homemade French Onion soup, and they were delighted. If only more deals could go this smoothly the world would be a better place! Thanks again Motsch & Sons Plumbing!

  I called with flooding in my basement early this morning and was only told someone would call me. I called 3 hours later and was told the same thing. I called a third time. Now 5 hours later, I was told I was pressuring them, and I hadn’t used them for 10 years (because I hadn’t needed a plumber in 10 years) so I guess that means that I have to just “be patient” he said and then suggested I find someone else. I am a senior citizen and called Motsch because they have a good reputation. I am very sorry I was such a bother to them, but I won’t be using them anymore.

  I use the Motsch local family business at my personal residence and at my business which is a hair salon and extremely dependent on our water supply running smoothly! They do all our plumbing work and are always extremely reliable and professional. We had a hot water tank go bad and the replacement and installation was done very quickly! They repaired a nuisance toilet tank leak that was persistent! Tim also went above and beyond to repair a gas leak that pre-existed to the purchase of our building. From toilets, to pipes and tanks....hands down, they are the only place to call! The only people I completely trust to hold a key to my business other than ourselves and business manager!
