  Called them at 9am to get a basement to street unclog. They showed up in 30 to 40 minutes...just like they said.. Excellent job..thank you. I recommend them . If needed..I will be using them again..

  From the moment I called to set up the appointment, to the time Jason showed up at my door, was less then an hour, and No I did not have an emergency plumbing problem. Jason was the most professional person I have dealt with in a long time. Very courteous, professional, and explained everything he was going to do, and/or try to fix the problem. I live in a manufactured home, and from the initial call when i spoke to (?)Jennifer (I think that's her name?) it was Not an issue. I will recommend Roto-Rooter to everyone I know that is having a plumbing problem. Thank you to Jason for giving me my hot water back.
