Location was good simply for a night after driving. So much noise from people in the room upstairs- constant noise and banging around ALL NIGHT so almost no sleep, not comfortable beds at all, very firm! Room was clean so that’s good. Great water pressure in the shower. Absolutely no one around until 7am to check out so we had to leave the key card by the door and call them when they opened. Makes me wonder what you’d do if you had an emergency in the room or something because there is zero overnight customer service. I won’t return, but it may be okay for someone else.

Oh brother, where do I start. Attractive motel from outside. Easy registration in office. Location excellent from I-81. Gas station beside it, cracker barrel behind it. Room was dusted and floor clean. Since it was 39 degrees, heater turned on but sounded like Boeing 747, extremely noisy. Light in bathroom tied into exhaust fan, another noise level, sounded like car rumble which added to noise level. Towels and cloths need a good dose of chloral. Much conversation going on outside of room, maybe construction workers returning to sleep. Other side had older couple who snored which I could hear when silent in my room. Got limited amount of sleep that nite. Lastly got up next morning to find was bitten by bug on face. End of this story. Won't stay at another.

Reserved a room a few weeks ago. When I went to see the room, I found that the bed covers had three large visible blood stains and had a heavy cigarette stench, even though I had reserved a non-smoking room. I asked to see another room and I was shown three others rooms that were in similar or worse conditions. I asked to see a room that had clean sheets and I was told that they didn’t have housekeeping. The receptionist I was speaking was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told me that I was expecting too much and that “they weren’t a Holiday Inn”. All that I wanted was a clean bed to sleep in after driving more many hours. At the end, I requested a refund and I had to pay a more expensive hotel because it was last minute reservation. Having to deal with the disrespectful staff and dirty rooms was very inconvenient. This location needs new management because the lobby was filled with people with similar issues. I’m typically not picky and I managed my expectations, however, I am not willing to be infected with a blood-borne pathogen due to the unsanitary conditions.
