Very quick response.  Discovered the carpet wet in a home I take care of some things and after consulting with the homeowner, I called Michael's.

Came out on a Sunday. My pipes froze up and I knew it would be expensive. I was quoted an hourly price. One man came, he was here 46 minutes and I was charged for 3 hours. He said they charge from the shop back to the shop. They are 30 min away. On top of that he wanted a signed blank check or my credit card info. When I refused he went out and made a call then told me how much it would be. I would not recommend them. He know what he was doing but the billing doesn't work.

Michael T and Eric C were awesome!  They came when promised and really went out of their way to find the best solution for our main house drain issue. They could have easily just jack hammered the floor but they took the time to find a better solution that truly fixed the problem and saved me money.  You cannot ask for more from a contractor.  They cleaned everything up and I will be calling them whenever we have household issues in the future Michael's Plumbing & Heating is a great group of people who care.

Have had to use them twice in the last couple of months for different reasons.  Very prompt, courteous, able to fix the problem, or offer solutions to our problems.  Great Team!  Would recommend to any one needing a plumber.

Michael's has been serving my family for several years with both our heating and plumbing needs. They are extremely reliable and can be counted on to get the job done.

My only two complaints is that they can sometimes be rather expensive depending on the job, which is understandable. Also, there and sometimes be a wait-list going several DAYS at a time. Which for urgent plumbing needs it rather inconvenient.

Other than that, the teams that come out to your location have always been very kind and are always as quick and efficient as they can be. The staff at their location when you call for an appointment are always kind as well.

A good recommendation for someone who has received a quote from a plumbing service and may be skeptical of the price quoted. They have saved me $1,000's from other plumbers who went as far as to try to convince me to tear up flooring (which is done by one of their sub-contractors) just to replace a toilet. Michael's came in and got my new toilet set-up with no complications during or after.

Micheal's P&H were fast, professional, and even personable. We contacted another hvac repair company before Micheal's and they tried to capitalize on our need for AC in hot weather and gave a ridiculous quote to replace our starting capacitor... Then we had Michael's come out, I didn't even have to tell them about the company's quote before them and they gave me a more than fair price to get us back running... I could just tell they are a stand up business... I would highly recommend!! 👌

More intetested in making their money in court than actually doing the job. They send workers out that are unaware of what job they are doing and without the equipment to do it. Then charge a truck fee and an additonal person fee when they have done N O T H I N G. Stay away!!!!!

They were contacted through my home warranty to come look at my water heater that was  leaking. I put a service request that evening and they came the very next day around 11 AM. They were very prompt and fast at installing a new one and were very quiet while they were here knowing that I had to sleep before a night shift. Very happy with my service.

Avoid at all costs. Showed up with no tools. When I provided the needed tools to the worker he acted as though he couldn’t do it, I did the work while he watched, then they billed almost 400 dollars. When I tried to contact them to dispute the charge  they responded a month later only by writing an angry letter. Not to mention this was for a pump that they installed less than a year prior that had to be serviced 4 times. Awful. Avoid this place.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and problems you have incurred but we have looked through our records and have never done any work for you Mr Gira.

Jacob responded to an emergency call for the management company that I work for. Call came in after business hours on a Sunday evening, and the job site was over 30 mins away from Harrisonburg. Situation was time sensitive and was handled quickly and attentively. Very professional and polite. Will be recommending / using again in the future.
