  I am not a plumber… I am just an every day Joe who owns a completely different business that has nothing to do with plumbing… But I decided I was going to put a new kitchen faucet in my dads house & well, apparently they did plumbing way different back in the 80s.. So I walk into Morrison supply and say the following sentence.. ”I bought a new faucet and put it in and the things on the end of the flex hose will not screw down on the fitting that these old copper lines used to go to” Two other gentlemen were sitting up front, immediately Jessie walked off though the back door… I thought to myself... “GREAT.. This must be one of those complicated deals and he didn’t want anything to do with it” I kept on explaining and explaining my situation as they sat there patiently listening.. I felt over explaining was necessary, as my circumstance was very unique in the way it was put together (soldered in fridge line) and there’s no way they could possibly understand just based off of a sentence or two.. About 30 seconds later Jessie comes back in with a handful of parts… He says this goes here, this goes here, this will screw to that… As for your refrigerator line, you’re going to screw this to that and this to that… Tighten it all up… You will be done.. #MindBlown!!!! All I can say is THANK YOU… They did not make me feel stupid at all… I say that because, some companies tend to frown on us DYI guys & they like to show off when you show up to ask for advice.. The service was fast and friendly… They have gained a new customer for life… Although I don’t really look forward to making a habit of doing this… If customer service & knowledgeable team is important to you, then I would strongly recommend these people..
