  We lost heating in January and needed quick evaluation and service. Morris heating/plumbing was able to get.a technician out quickly. Morris provided a clear explanation of what was not working and why; had all the right parts on hand and received quick service; was given a very fair and honest price; and the technician was very polite and professional.   Our heating and hot water had failed on a Friday afternoon. On Saturday and Sunday we tried to track down someone who could repair it, a family member recommended Morris, we were not even customers (yet!). We got a call back Sunday saying someone would be by to take a look Monday morning. Mike arrived at 7:30am. Diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and was back the next day to get us back up and running. We will scheduling yearly maintenance with Morris for next year and the years to come. Mike was polite, helpful and a problem solver.

  The technician who came out was personable, and worked quickly and efficiently. To my untrained eye it appeared he was thorough and made sure he was diagnosing the problem correctly before starting the repair. There was a pricing issue that was quickly resolved by a hands on management.
