I have used Maffei Services previously and was very satisfied. I consider them my go-to plumbing and HVAC service provider. I needed a new thermostat installed and the service couldn’t have been quicker or better. Brenda efficiently and professionally got me scheduled within 2 days. Gator arrived on the early end of the two hour window. He was personable and professional. He not only completed the job, but fixed another minor issue with my furnace at no charge. In addition, he helped me set up my new thermostat app to make it easier to program. I can’t say enough good things about all of my contact and experience with the folks and service at Maffei. I will be calling on them again soon to help finish up a bathroom renovation.

Early morning yesterday our furnace died! It had lived longer than expected but required replacement. We called Maffei as soon as we knew all our troubleshooting was fruitless. Kevin and Kyle worked with us. They also tried to revive it, but to no avail. They explained the options and today worked tirelessly to install and set up a new furnace. We were extremely impressed with how quickly they completed the work. We highly recommend them!

Very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and we're able to correctly diagnose multiple problems that did not have obvious answers at all. Kyle was the plumber and he had helper with him. Did all the work efficiently and thoroughly explained what they were doing. Offered improvement to the efficiency and effectiveness of the heating system but with no sales pressure whatsoever. Not cheap, but top quality people rarely are. Will use them again and happily recommend them without hesitation.
