  Had a waterline get punctured as a part of a fence project. The owner made time for me the same day so we could get water back to the house. He was knowledgeable, polite, and capable. He also gave us flexible pricing depending on if we were willing to do the digging ahead of time. His rates were great and he got us going again in no time. Would recommend 100%!

  I moved into an older home in downtown Rogers. About a month later, we realized that our sewer line needed to be replaced. Jack and crew did an excellent, professional job while not overcharging for this large project. I’ve since called him on other plumbing related issues and he has done great work. I would recommend Morretto to anyone in NWA with plumbing projects large or small. They can be trusted to do a great job and charge a fair price.

  Moretto was my first call yesterday when I was needing my water heater replaced because I had used them approx 5 years ago and they were very fair. I am so disappointed to report that this time, I feel I was taken advantage of and was overcharged. My water heater was rusted out and I had to turn it off on Sunday. I called Moretto Monday morning and they said they would come check it out, they quoted me $1100-$1600, which seemed high but I was desperate and I think knew that. Around 4:30 they came back and replaced the water heater, the charge came to $1600. Coincidentally, I ended up meeting with a professional acquaintance today who does contract working on the side, they looked up the water heater and told me it alone cost $800, and so that for the job (which took less than an hour) they charged me $800 as well and that the majority of places would not have charged so much for service. Like, I said I was desperate to get hot water back especially 3 days before Thanksgiving so I don't regret paying them but I am disappointed that company, that's business presents as being Christ-centered, would take such advantage of a situation. I now have the name of a more trusted plumber that I will be using in the future and I will not be recommending Moretto to anyone else, unless they too are desperate and willing to overpay.

  Well 1st of all let me say happy Thanksgiving and thank you for your business And I'm sorry you feel that way but 1100 was never even discussed or even mention must have been the previously person ,,we haven't quoted" 1100 dollars in two years actually things have increased a lot since then we ,quoted your job for between 1500 to 1700 and it was actually 200 more if we had to relocate the waters under the deck Which would have been 2000 and just for the record we met the qoute in fact kept at the minimum as possible not onliy that we replaced not onliy the unit wich is 800 plus replaced all valves and water shut valve as well ,replaced the flue, and re worked it to fit,,replaced the expansion system,installed A drian with a stainless steel pan ,also put drip leg on gas with flex ,and hauled off the old unit it was not just the unit we replaced we replaced all hardware just for the record since it was left out ( jesus is king ) blessings
