  We recently bought our first house and immediately had plumbing issues. Montgomery Sanitation was quick to send someone out to try to locate the issue and offer an estimate even though we called only 2 days before Christmas! The workers were professional, efficient and super polite. Would definitely recommend!

  Brittney was very helpful setting up the appointment. Jonny and David were prompt and professional. They did a great job for a fair price. We recommend Montgomery Sanitation for septic tank work.

  Asked them out to fix our septic system. They said they were going to attempt a fix when scheduling the appointment but when they came out just did a $600 "assessment" and said they would come back weeks or maybe months later to fix it. They quoted us up to 30K for service that another company did for 2K. Do not use these guys! EDIT: Thanks for the feedback. I have not seen the signed contract but regardless, we were going by what was reiterated multiple times verbally over the phone and were expecting a fix when your guys showed up with an excavator and materials. After pumping and your "evaluation" we were out over 1K with nothing to show for it, and newborn baby in the house without a functioning septic system. Your "worst case" estimate lost you some business so maybe you should rethink that strategy? Also wanted to add the gentlemen who actually did the work were respectful and professional. Not so much the guy who was apparently the owner berating my wife over the phone after the fact. There's no point in arguing over this on google, both sides were not pleased with each other, you lost our business (sounded like you have plenty), and we'll be referring people elsewhere.

  We are happy to hear your septic issues have been resolved. We gladly completed the "assessment" for this project after having the required contract signed that clearly stated that we were there to complete a septic system evaluation only, evaluation costs, and that no repairs would be completed on that day. After completing the evaluation it is part of our process to have the final report reviewed to be able to provide accurate and realistic job scopes and costs. However, before that could happen we were requested to provide a rough idea for a worst case scenario for costs and timeframe and any information given was just that. We are very sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations.
