  Haynes Well & Pump has some of the greatest customer service I've ever had to deal with. They were able to answer all my questions and got me a real quick appointment. When they did come out, the work they did was fantastic. My grandma had issues with her water for a while but they fixed it real fast for her.

  Had this company pull up in my driveway and spin up my yard right as i was coming home from work & appeared to do the same on the neighbors driveway across the street they were apparently working on. Proceeded to pull out and leave as if nothing happened. If they don't have the common decency and respect to own up to their mistake and at least apologize I can only imagine how they treat their customers. Obviously a well company and not a trailer hauling company because my 10 year old son can back a trailer better than these guys and sad part is this same 10 year old was raised well enough to know when to fix and make a mistake right. Do better.

  Our equipment is heavy and sometimes hard to get in and out of a customers drive way or yard, we apologize that your drive way was used and your yard was harmed. We try our best to help all customers get their water restored as a top priority.

  We are new to the area and needed emergency service on our well. The young lady on the phone was polite and extremely helpful! We got the services we needed right away and the price was just right! We will be loyal customers from here on out! Thank you!
