  Bruce has done work on my furnace & today just did a new water heater. Great personality, easy to talk to, explained things to me and I have always had great experiences with him!!

  Service was same day! : ) They had tech available as other job went down. Bruce (tech) made way too many attempts to get me to buy new furnace than fix mine. He did keep me informed of all the parts that needed replacing, that was nice. He didn't explain overall charges well. Hemmed and hawed about repairing it, blocked cars with van, at the end- oops it'll cost more than original quote, found out after he left that the filters he told me to get weren't correct and he took two other service company's magnets (see photos) that were attached to the furnace : > ( Isn't that theft? Not impressed. I bill came to the cost of just buying a new one (not install, truck charge, removal).

  Great experience from the initial phone call to the installation of new A\C unit. Shawn was Very helpful and answered all question I had.
