  Had MPS replace my water heater last April. Having issues with no hot water. Called & texted them for assistance, no response. Called the MFG to file a warranty claim and they sent Champion Plumbing next day which the issue was resolved and stuck me with $475 bill. The CP contractor said whoever did the install did a poor job and not up to code. RED FLAGS everywhere and my family could have been in danger! Enraged and called MPS to explain the situation and requested a reimbursement. Lady told me not going to happen and that I should've kept trying to get a hold of them. Explained I did my part communicating two ways, text and phonecall. Even more angry at this point. Lady couldn't do anything and needed to talk to the manager so I took down email and hung up. CP sent me pictures and a report on his service and discoveries so I forwarded to them to MPS. Thinking this will be resolved in my favor but was I wrong. They claimed CP's way of business is to lie to get paid. Well that is exactly what MSP is about. We wouldn't be here if the job was done properly and up to code the first time. I lost $$$ on MPS f'up. I hope they learn from their mistakes because luck is going to run out if they continue to do business this way. My intentions is not to discourage people from doing business with MPS, because we all need to eat, but simply to let others be aware to conduct the research on service companies prior to hiring someone for the job.

  Their employees are not respectful of the neighbors to projects that they are working on. Master Plumbing is working on a large project a couple doors down from my house as a subcontractor. One of their vans parked in front of my boulevard garden, and the driver was consistently walking through my plants. I confronted the driver and told him not to walk through my plants anymore, and he brushed me off, saying that the boulevard was "public property," and that if I didn't want my plants to get stepped on, I should not have put them there. I can't speak to the quality of the work that they perform, but they do not care for the property of anyone who isn't paying them.

  Master Plumbing installed a gas range I purchased from Best Buy. They're contracted to do installations. Jake and Dan were professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Were careful not to make a mess. Followed protocol concerning Covid. My understanding is that are also master plumbers. I will call them in the future for plumbing issues.
