  Messed up all the plumbing in our new home. Our water lines froze the first year and we had to have another company come to fix because he refused to repair his poor workmanship. Water lines froze again the second winter in another area of our home and he would not repair. He also plumed the hose bibs incorrectly so we have to water outdoor plants with soft water. He used inferior fittings for the plumbing and we had to replace them also. He incorrectly plumbed the master bathroom tub and we had to build a 6 inch sub floor to correct the issue. He was paid for the entire job which he never finished and we had to pay another contractor to finish the job.

  The water line wasn’t part of my scope I only put it in because they were pouring the concrete floor and there wasn’t one so I got it in where I was still able too. I didn’t do anything else afterwards and someone else dug the trench and installed what froze. He was in litigation with the contractor that I worked for so I couldn’t finish the job and I only charged him for the work that was finished. When I did the underground I was not aware that they wanted soft water so I didn’t plumb it for soft water had I known they wanted it it would have been done. If I had been able to finish the job the master tub wouldn’t have been a problem or costed any more than my quote to the contractor. I also did some work at his old house that I did for free because I liked him and was doing his house. I’m sorry your house didn’t turn out the way you hoped but the problems you have had were due to the decisions of others not mine. As far as the fittings I use they are not inferior but superior and or equal to any other fittings

  MKE has been our plumber of choice on all of our projects both residential and commercial. They’re work is great and our job sites are left clean and orderly.
