  I am a real estate professional. I have had many opportunities to work with Eagle Plumbing. There office staff are super cordial and helpful. They respond to calls quickly and provide timely scheduling and resolution to issues I encounter with properties I manage. On one occassion Eagle performed some repair work I had identified as part of a home sale. Upon inspecting the completed work, there were issues and items of concern that hadn't been fixed and when I brought that to their attention they revisited the property and fixed the items at no additional charge to my client. Literally every interaction I've ever had has been dealt with in a timely manner and with utmost professionalism 10/10 would plumb again.

  So they always take good care of me. For the last 10 yrs at least they have been fast, friendly, and helpful. Recently I had to call on a Friday evening for a sewer back up and the guys explained my options and after we agreed he said I will be over in 15 min. He showed up and had a great attitude and took care of my problem right away.

  I don't know if there buying fake reviews or what, but the service I've had with them has been horrible. My wife and I just moved to town. The lady I talked to on the phone was very rude. It took them two weeks to come out and fix our water heater. Would not suggest them if my life depended on it.
