  Horrible customer assistance. Scheduled a meeting with them at my home 1 week out and they never showed up. No phone call, no apology for wasting my time. After an hour of waiting I finally called and canceled and still no apology. Don't waste your time with this business. Zero integrity. Plenty of other plummers in the area. I will never call them again.

  - Friendly and knowledgeable - Gave clear instructions on how to fix the leak ourselves - Great prices I recently needed my leaking shower faucet fixed, so I decided to save money and hired an individual off of a local shopping/home repair site. He showed up at 10 am and by 4:30 pm and three trips to get parts, the faucet was still not fixed, it was actually worse. When my son got home, we went to Miller Brothers where the gentlemen gave us step by step instructions to a possible solution. Twenty minutes and $7 later, my faucet was fixed!

  Excellent service. The gentleman went above and beyond to help us find our parts, and the prices where very reasonable. He also gave us some great suggestions and tips to get the job done. I will take my future business there.
