Customers are not their priority! After they fired a couple employees, I was told “they no longer work here” and they refused to help resolve the issue. Today, wanting to give them another chance, their incompetence really shone through. They couldn’t/wouldn’t read their own employee name and date on a house inspector’s report for service. The office harridan had hands on her hips and snidely told me “I’m telling you now” regarding a pending home sale service inspection, in response to me telling them what the realtor had said.

The owner of this business seems to be the salt of the earth. I called the business early Sunday morning, on January 2nd, for a plumbing emergency and not only did he answer the call, but he spent time trying to assist me through the issue. He recommend plumbers that might be able to do the job on a Sunday as he was unable to assist (I learned his business technically does HVAC work and not plumbing). I obviously can't attest to his work in HVAC, but I can say this owner has what seems to be a wonderful character and integrity. He would be my first call to an HVAC company if I ever needed one.

Not sure why our AC decided to go out on one of the hottest days of the year (117!), but Guardian responded as quickly as they could and did a fantastic job of explaining the problem and the solution. Technician Matthew Smith should be an engineer! He pinpointed the source, and had all of the proper equipment and parts. There was one more problem that he honestly discussed with me. He said the capacitor was not working as it should have been. Matt told me to run a trickle of water on it overnight to cool the capacitor down. He could have easily told me that it was broken and charged me in excess of $1500, but he offered this solution that corrected the problem the following morning. Honesty and integrity is what I admire about Guardian. You’re on our “A List!” I would highly recommend them.
