Greg Johnston arrived on time. Greg is very thorough and efficient on site and very respectful, patient, and helpful while training new staff Billy. Greg is very detail oriented and I'm sure he will pass that on to Billy. Great job to both technicians and I'm now ready for warmer weather.

We had them replace our water heater, which was fine as far as I know. We also signed a maintenance contract with them. When they came out to do their "check," they completely ignored the water heater and after examining the furnace for maybe a few seconds, told us we needed a new furnace. The cost estimate given to us was in excess of $11,000. Our furnace/ac unit is only 15 years old, so we contacted the company that installed it. The ONLY reason we didn't have them do the water heater is because they don't do water heaters. Lo and behold, we did not need a new furnace, what we needed was a $500 part for the BACKUP UNIT. There was NOTHING wrong with our furnace. Do NOT let these people into your home, do NOT sign a maintenance contract and, most important, if they tell you something or something needs to be replaced, get a SECOND OPINION.

I very much appreciate the willingness of the service person who came to our house to wear a mask and assure us that he was vaccinated against COVID. We've had service people from other companies who balked at this request, so we appreciate that this company is attentive to this detail. We have a vulnerable elderly person in our home who recently was hospitalized, so this safety precaution is critical.
