  We had a full home remodel and we used John and Don for all our plumbing needs. They were extremely easy to work with and brought quality solutions to many of the issues we were having. Their finish work is top quality. I will continue to use them for my plumbing needs and would highly recommend.

  Absolutely terrible service. Was lied to repeatedly and hung up on. Hired this business for a service and received a bill from a different company. Was charged nearly $500 more than the original estimate. Was forced to push back the closing date on my home due to incompetence and laziness. Couldn't negotiate bill due to having to close on my home and the chance they would put a lein on it. An absolute grift. 11/24/21: update to say he did not only hang up on my husband he screamed shut up at him before he did it. He rents to my sister and implied to my husband and mother that he could stop renting to her over my review and he told my mother I was an ignorant b word. He threatened legal action and insisted my husband meet with him multiple times to convince me to remove the review. I believe I'm allowed to have an opinion on a service my husband and I paid for without it becoming a problem for my family who had nothing to do with the situation.
