Kevin came and replaced my water heater in my apartment at the drop of a hat. He was friendly and was kind to my 2 year old who wanted to watch and be involved in everything. He got the job done quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend. Edit to add: when the new water heater started acting up, Kevin came back multiple times to work on it, and ordered us a new one. He really went above and beyond to help us. Great customer service and hes such a friendly guy. Still fully reccomend!!

There was no issue with the quality of work. The repair was completed in a timely manner despite the struggle of finding a unique part to reconnect to the city water line. The issue came with billing. My intial quote indicated any work over two hours would be charged at $170/per hour/two man rate. The parts and equipment were listed as included in the base bid. I fully expected to pay an additional amount because I knew the job would take longer than the two hours they had intially allocated. I recieved my final invoice four months later with a charge per hour of $129/per hour/per person. This is an increase of $88/per hours. I was told the intial hourly rate was an estimate. They did agree to honor the original cost per hour, but then double charged me for materials and equipment which were supposed to be included in the base bid. They won't respond to requests for clarification on the parts invoiced. If the parts invoiced were above and beyond the estimated parts from the base bid, I won't know because they wont respond. Despite the quality work its hard to reccomend a company that has difficulty honoring what they put in writing.

At being paid $129/hour should the plumber know when a pipe is to code or not? I had a plumber from this company come to my home three times to try and band aide an exposed hot water pipe leak to a bathroom in the basement. During the third attempt to stop the pipe from leaking the plumber told me the pipe was not to code and the pipe needed to be changed out. I paid the first bill since I thought he was fixing the problem but they are asking for an additional $255 for his work and I still have a leaking pipe. I trusted this company to fix the problem and to provide knowledge of how to best resolve my problem but they did not.
