  From the original phone call in, to our fantastic experience on-site with Carlos Arana, we would recommend Michael & Sons to anyone in the Charlotte area! I am a Realtor who used their services to complete a punch list on a house we have under contract. Carlos not only met expectations, but exceeded them by explaining everything to myself and the buyers, along with coming back a second time to ensure the job was done correctly/as needed.   I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Michael and Son. Prior to my service date, they were responsive and organized. Carlos installed two ceiling fans and did a fantastic job. He was polite, efficient, professional and made sure I was informed every step of the way. He went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Carlos and Michael and Son Services.

  Michael and Son are an excellent company. The technician came out and creatively came up with multiple ways to add a 20amp breaker and fix a wire through our walls to install a T-Shape outlet for our treadmill upstairs. This was no easy feat, but Mark was able to tackle it without hesitation. I would definitely recommend this company again; specifically asking for Mark.
