  Last time we went here the cashier mistyped and charged us for 200 instead of 20 pieces of wood. We tried to get our money back the next day when we realized what had happened and they would only give us a rebate that has to be spent at Menards. So they literally stole our money in essence. Today we went and they wouldn’t let me use a prepaid visa in my phone’s “wallet”. They are valid wherever VISA is accepted (Menards) and they refused with zero reasoning as to why. It’s 2022. What the actual swear word. The cashier tried telling me nowhere accepts payment over the phone like that. 2022! I don’t know how Menards has completely missed out on the turn of the century happening, but they did. Lowe’s will get all of my business going forward as they price match to Menards rebate prices anyways with way less hassle. Thanks for all the head aches, Menards. I won’t miss anything about you.

  From the time that I enter the door til the time I leave, the staff were very friendly & helpful. The went out of their way to make sure I found everything I was looking for. And also didn't make me or my wife feel dumb for not knowing the name of some of the supplies we were looking for. They got a great 👍 👌 team there. Definitely a 5 star 🌟

  Inventory was off by a little bit. Showed 164 pieces of lumber in the dimensions that I needed but only had 3 damaged pieces. But the staff was super friendly, helpful and informative. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Just don't trust the app.
