  Connor replaced a sump pump that was beginning to malfunction. He showed me the options available to determine the type of pump that would project well for our situation. He was professional and thorough in his approach to the job. When the work was complete he explained he did, which included securing some drainage pipes and adjusting the pipes to make them more efficient and allow the pump to job better. I was happy with the service and would definitely use him for plumbing repairs in the future.

  I’m in the process of remodeling my bathroom and wanted to move my washer/dryer from there to the basement. The repairman arrived out the next day after I called. Jordan was professional. He installed the water line to the washer and added the drain line. He also notified me about potential issues I may have with where the water comes into the house and added a shut off valve after the meter for me. This is something I hadn’t though of and glad he brought up that potential future issue and fixed it. He worked quick. This is a company I’d like to use when I redo my bathroom. We talked about moving my vanity sink water line and relocating the toilet.
