  Technician was prompt, professional and on-time, performed the required repair in a reasonable time. Initially there was some confusion concerning the quote, which prompted me to issue a un-earned bad review of one star and some unprofessional statements on my part. They reached out, and politely and respectfully addressed and rectified the issue. Thank you.

  Meade installed my heat pump in January of 2000. Did a very good and professional job. Recently I noticed a problem with the pad on which the heat pump sits. I brought it to their attention and they were right on top of it. Came out a short time after I called and resolved the problem. We’re happy with the job and the service provided to us by Meade!

  Meade has been a stellar HVAC vendor for us - servicing our geothermal furnace which can have non-conventional issues due to the mix of plumbing and well water. They are always ready to handle any emergencies, are clear with their appointments and part ordering and always follow through promptly and efficiently. The technicians are focused on solving issues and getting the job done. This is a company I am very pleased to recommend to anyone.
