I would not recommend Main Line Plumping. I had a terrible experience working with them. I was told I would be contacted with 24 hours of booking the service for an appointment to be scheduled but did not hear back. When I called the person was very rude, cut me off, and stated they were busy so there was no guarantee they could call me back to schedule an appointment. He then proceeded to tell me he needed to call back later to schedule the appointment. When he finally called back he was very rude on the phone and seemed annoyed. My appointment was for Friday between 1-4pm. I was told I would know in advance when the technician was coming or if there were any delays. It was around 3:15 and I hadn’t heard anything. I called the company and once again the person had an attitude and was rude. He seemed annoyed that I was inquiring when the technician was coming out and he told me he was hung up at another house. Terrible customer service. Once the technician came (late after the 4pm timeframe) he began asking personal questions that did no pertain to the job. He also said racist comments which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. If I didn’t need my heater fixed desperately I would have asked him to leave. I would give this company zero stars and would never use this company again. This has been one of the worst customer experience I’ve encountered and would warn people not to use this company.

This company deserves zero stars! They are terrible and I do not recommend them. We had to use them through our insurance company and believe me, we tried to get another contractor because they are straight up rude, incompetent and unprofessional. They might be ok at other services but fixing gas furnaces isn’t one of them. The scheduler, I think his name was Tom is a certified jerk that doesn’t know how to speak to customers.

Called to schedule service on Saturday and was told that I would get a call to schedule on Sunday. I did not receive a call on Sunday, so I called on Monday morning and left a message with my name and phone number. I never heard back from them so I tried again on later Monday and Tom answered. I said I never heard anything and his immediate response was such a condescending manor “we did contact you.” I said “I never received a missed call or voicemail so maybe you have the wrong number.” He would not even check to see if the number was correct and proceeded to tell me I was arguing with him and being aggressive when all I said was I did not receive a call. I would not recommend trying to deal with this company if this is how they treat potential customers. I would not trust their service after that horrible experience just on a phone call. I’m honestly surprised anyone uses their services considering how rude Tom is on the phone.
