  Terrible, DO NOT HIRE THEM! If I could provide -1 star, I would. They came to my place to change the kitchen faucet and replace a leaky hot water valve in the kitchen. I left $130 to pay for the $125 they charged. When I got back home, the valve for the spray had been replaced for a cap, the spray was gone and they never left the change. When I called, they blamed it on me for buying the incorrect faucet (although they never communicated the issue via phone or message) and offered to give the change on the next job. Rude, not customer focused and irresponsible, non- communicative. TERRIBLE JOB, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

  I called them and told them that my elderly mother's water heater wasn't working the water was cold. I asked them to fix it they told me they would have to replace it instead. They promised us that we would have hot running water but did not deliver. They replace the heater but did not check to see if it worked before they left. The next day we still had cold water I called them back they came over and told us that now we would have to change the breaker for a price parts and labor. We felt as if it was the plug that needed replacing because the plug was warm so they told us they would replace both the breaker and the plug for a price parts and labor. So essentially they asked us to pay for troubleshooting not really knowing exactly what the problem was but asking us to pay to replace essentially everything. They did not make our water warm as promised did not know exactly why it wasn't warm breaker or plug what have you but just wanted us to keep paying more and more. I told him I would rather just give them their heater back (in our possession for less than 24 hours) and start from scratch with a new company and get our money back but they refused. And when I say refused I mean he insulted my mother's house saying we lived in squalor he kept on referring to us as quote you people and quote I know you people. I told him to not insult my mother's house or my mother and that I am actually a professional a physician. He laughed in disbelief and said if I was a physician our house would not look that bad. I told him it was my mother's house and I was helping her to repair it and politely asked him to stop making fun on my mother's house. He continued to yell and belittle me and my mother taunting that he would not give us our money back and that he had more important things to do then talk to me using curse words and saying he doesn't quote give a s*** pay him more money or fix it ourselves no warranty. Blaming my 70 year old mother for offering him less money ($15 mind you not an exorbitant amount compared to how much we paid over all) even though he agreed to take it. He said our warranty was void because he accepted $15 less from my 70 year old mother then he originally charged me over the phone. Continuing to refer to us as "you people" patronisingly as if there was something wrong with us. All I ask is for them to take their heater back and to give you my money back and we'll forget about the whole thing, but it's going to be a hard road to have that happen. I even offered to pay them the $15 that they discounted my elderly mom back but they are refusing to take their heater back for their botched job and refund us fairly so that I may go with a different company. So this is what I'll be doing with the next few months be careful so you don't end up dealing with the same. They make no warranties or money back on their service and they are extremely unprofessional to the point of insulting how your home looks and taunting cursing. Vesta Anilus MD

  There should be NO STAR for this guy, this guy name mike and his partner are thief. Swap out our good and put their junk then charge 10x from Home Depot, took our change from kitchen draw. WATCH OUT FOR THESE CON AND THIEVES NEVER HIRE THEM TO WASTED YOUR TIME AND MONEY....
