  I called in on a Sunday and spoke with Trevor. He was upbeat, kind and happy to come and help me even on a Sunday. When he arrived in about an hour which was amazing, he worked at a good pace to fix the issue quicker than I thought, at a price I was happy to pay and he was nice to my 3 dogs too! I have used Avis since 2019 and cannot say enough good things about them.. their techs are not on commission so you get the real deal fix with them! Thank you again!

  Trevor was sent to our condo to hook up the ice maker on our new fridge. He efficiently and courteously completed that task. I mentioned that our air conditioning was not working. He said he was on the plumbing side of the business but would see if he could make a call to the office and figure it out. He facetimed someone on the air conditioning side and got it fixed while being talked through instructions. He saved us another service call by being willing to take a few minutes and call the office. He was courteous and knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Trevor is a true professional and a wonderful representative of Avis. Thank you again Trevor!

  On 1/12/2022 Joe Jasilewicz and Noah Hamilton, both employees of Avis Plumbing & Air Conditioning, found my lost wallet on the highway. They stopped and got out of their truck, recovered my driver's license, military ID, credit cards and some cash by personally picking up the lost items from the roadway. They then called me and waited about 45 minutes in the parking lot of a local business for me to arrive and pick up my valuables. These acts of integrity and honesty are rare and so hard to find. I am overwhelmed by their unselfishness, and I am sincerely thankful for their actions. These two men and the business they represent truly deserve our trust.
