Brian was very competent and accommodating and completed the repairs efficiently. He replaced the basement water shut-off gate valves with ball valves and the plastic pressure reducing valve with a solid brass one. He also noticed the gas line for the water heater was not properly secured & fixed it. Courteous and professional.

Our plumber responded as fast as an ambulance!!! He was friendly, professional and got the job done very quickly. He has even offered to check in over the weekend to make sure everything is good. I cannot recommend him or his company more!
