Five stars just isn’t enough to do this company justice. I worked with Scott on the purchase of a kitchen faucet. He really knew his stuff and added so much value to the process of selecting the perfect fixture. He truly cared about my purchase and made sure I had exactly what I needed. To whom it may Concern: I placed a special order with Maumee Plumbing and Heating Supply. I had the pleasure of working with Scott Williams. He went above and Beyond my expectations. He was extremely helpful, understanding, personable, caring and was able to meet his customers request. This was by far the BEST Customer Service experience I have ever experienced.
