  We needed to change a thermostat and get an estimate on a new boiler. He was highly recommended by the people on the town facebook page. Took multiple phone calls just to set an appointment, had to wait a week before he could make it. Then 15 minutes before the appointment his helper Eduardo called and canceled on us.

  Matt Sullivan was highly recommended by local friends. Nothing worse than an unreliable plumber. I had to chase Matt down 3 times for an in-house estimate and each time was a different excuse. So happy I didn't spend a dime on his unreliable service. BEWARE!

  Extremely terrible experience. He over charged us to simply change a thermostat that we had just purchased 3 months ago with a much cheaper one he claimed was worth more and wouldn’t show receipt for. He didn’t fix the actually issue which was due to wiring not replacing brand new thermostat. This guy is a joke. Please find another plumber who actually values his work not just trying to make easy money and run. I hope his “business” falls apart because no one deserves this type of service. Some people just don’t care do they.
