  Originally I was told that they could have someone to my house later on in the day… Within 30 minutes I received another phone call that said that the repairman were on their way & would here less than a half hour. The two men they sent were great. Alex ran a set of diagnostics on our furnace… And was very thorough explaining everything to us. Our unit is quite old and had several issues, but he was able to obtain parts very quickly and fixed everything he could immediately. It’s still needs more maintenance, which I am having him come back to do, but it’s functioning perfectly right now. He was extremely knowledgeable, and thorough with everything. They were both very professional, and followed CDC guidelines with mask wearing & appropriate distancing.

  I called Ben Franklin when our hot water heater pilot wouldn’t light and they had a plumber here in about an hour. Even though we decided not to use them for the replacement due to the cost, I wanted to share that we had a great experience with Wade. He was very professional and kindly answered our many questions. I would definitely recommend this company if you’re looking for a fast reply and professional service!

  We are new homeowners so we had them come and check some things out/fix some valves and generally help us understand everything (it's an old house). Wade was awesome, incredibly kind and professional, repeatedly making sure we understood everything and made sure he answered all of our questions. The service seemed on the expensive side, but the quality and service provided by Wade was fantastic.
