  I have bought my house for a year, I did not know anything about a septic tank and by fate I found this company, they really are super professionals, super honest and friendly... I recommend them 100%, the prices are the best in the market (I am a client satisfied I do not have any commercial agreement with it). I simply express my excellent experience when they cleaned and repaired my tank… Rod and Deam are the best

  I called them because I was having a septic issue, or so I thought. Steven came out he was awesome. He discovered absolutely nothing. He asked a lot of questions and did a little digging, very little and discovered my system was fine and it was just possibly a "hiccup" because I had no issues since I made the call on Saturday night. A lot of companies would have used my situation as a real "payday". Thank God for honest people. I highly recommend them, and not because they didn't find anything wrong, but because I truly feel that if he did find something wrong it wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. Maybe just half a leg :-) Honesty and integrity are important to me and Steven of Master Rooter is a straight shooter. Thank you so much Steven.

  Our septic tank backed up at 5 p.m. My 98 year old dad is a WWII vet. As soon as the dispatcher, Missy, heard that, she called up Todd and Dylan to see if they would head back out to take care of us right away. Everyone was so kind & courteous. The guys showed us exactly what the problems were as soon as they discovered them. They were so patient with all of our questions. They were not about to do a quick clean out & leave us hanging with problems that would just resurface. That's what many other companies would've done. They even worked until 1 am so that we could have all our services back & running. They have great prices! They don't charge extra for nights & weekends. They even gave us a nice veteran's discount on the repairs! I will tell everyone, don't bother calling around! Call Master Rooter 1st!
