  This is the second time we've used Douglas Residential. We did a major renovation on the primary bathroom 2 years ago and recently a complete remodel of the kitchen, replaced the hardwoods throughout the home and a new fireplace surround. We've been very pleased with the work on both projects. The quality of workmanship and Eddies attention to detail are noteworthy. Eddy’s goal is to make the customer happy by providing a great product and a fair price. I highly recommend Douglas Residential Renovations!

  Eddie Douglas Residential Renovation is exceptional. Eddie is honest, professional, prompt and provides excellent, high quality work. He did a complete renovation of an older home for our daughter and his vision, thoroughness and attention to detail were most helpful with the project. Eddie is pleasant to work with and accommodating. Our family highly recommends Eddie Douglas.

  Thank you, Douglas Residential Renovations, "Eddie"! You have done a wonderful job every time you did work at our home. Eddie took my mothers-in-law ideas and brought them to life, it was beyond our expectations. Eddie treated us like we were family and I have never had that experience with a contactor! They are not only professional at what they do, but also very dependable. He remodeled our basement to a beautiful in-law suite and an amazing covered front porch. He is a Top notch Professional! I highly recommend him. Our home looks fabulous! V Family
