  I was assigned Steve McClenny to install my water softener. He was so punctual, that he even showed up early! Easy to book, top notch communication. Steve handled everything I needed while I was working from home and managed to take care of everything I needed without interrupting my work. He knew I was on the phone and made it his mission to be in and out. He had all the parts needed with him and was able to get everything done in an hour. Highly recommend!

  I recently had Troy Chase come for a routine pump out. My recollection of the exact location was off by a “few” feet. Troy was patient and with true determination he found the access lid. His use of tools from hand probing to locator beacons, he found the lid and successfully cleaned out my tank. He was also careful to fix the landscaping after all the effort. Many thanks to Troy and the team at Master Plumbing!

  Melissa was very personable and understood the crisis we were in since our family was coming into town and it was a few days before Christmas. She found a tech in our area and sent him right away. He was here within the hour! When Adam came out he was very kind and helped resolve our issues. We asked him to look at some other items and he was able to help us with those as well. Because of Melissa and Adam, Master Plumbing has gained a new customer!
