I called and spoke with Dora she scheduled and Greg came out to install a water softener and water filtration system. He was able to to do the install even though the item was faulty by having me go pick up the correct items and he came back to finish the job. We had him out again to install a recirculating pump and it works great. He also came out to fix a leaking tub faucet. We have used this company on numerous occasions and they are amazing the entire experience has been great

We bought a new home and the builder had subbed out these guys to install the plumbing. A day after we moved in, we used the washing machine. Well we quickly found out that the drain from the washer was not connected to anything and just poured into the house. The laundry room is upstairs so this caused issues. A plumber from another company came and connected the drain and reported that he is often having to fix problems like this done by magic plumbing. It’s an egregious mistake and is not acceptable by a professional plumber. It wouldn’t have taken long for them to check over the job and it would’ve prevented  a lot of problems. Oh, AND they installed a faulty spigot that had to be replaced.

This is a very unprofessional business. A guy came out to install my dishwasher and he didn't have all the parts and said we would have to reschedule. A couple days later we rescheduled for monday 12-2.
NOBODY SHOWED! Called and they said they were sorry the install guy was not in. We rescheduled for the next day 8-10. Again NOBODY SHOWED UP! Tried calling and they haven't returned our call.  I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Install was scheduled in a 2-hour window 9:00 - 11:00.  They didn't show up and would not answer their phone.  Very unacceptable.  Finally at 12:00 someone returned my call.  Installer had a problem with the one before me, and it caused him to be late.  They are now 45 minutes out.  Courteous thing to do would have been to contact me to let me know that they were running 3 hours late.  Will not use them again.

I had an emergency to repair a main waterline at our business.  Magic Plumbing had the lowest quote and performed the repair below their estimate and were very professional.  Greg Ivy was the service plumber on the job; he was very experienced, knowledgeable, skilled which resulted in a successful repair.  In the future, I will recommend Magic Plumbing.  Thank you very much, Magic Plumbing Company!!

Originally installed our system but we have had them out for several things since.  They are absolutely honest and treat us fairly every time.  I have the utmost confidence and trust in them, their people and their work.  I highly recommend them if you want excellent work, honest treatment and fair pricing.

We set up an appointment to get a quote on our project.  They didn’t have any openings for about a week so we scheduled a week out.  We sat around waiting during the 3 hour window of time they gave us plus several hours after. We called the office to  find out where he was and we were told he was running late. He NEVER showed up. We’ve tried calling to see what happened and haven’t heard back and that’s been several days ago.

This is all after we already had a plumber from their company come look at our project and they told us they would get us a quote within 24 hours.  They never did. It took over a week to find out they wouldn’t be putting together a quote and would have to come look at it again, and over another week after that to schedule a new appointment for no one to show up.

Over all a huge waste of time.

The property management company we went through used this company.  I liked the technician and he did great work, but when I asked for an itemized list including labor, they gave us a "flat" rate.  That's fine if they would actually tell us what the flat rate is, and they did not.  Doing the math they are basically charging 800 plus dollars to install a 40 gallon hot water heater (installed at a neighborhood swimming pool).  Now, that price is about the going rate in the valley when checking on other companies.  I personally had an issue with the price, but if that's the market norm, then it is what it is.  The main issue here was communication, or lack thereof.  I contacted the technician and later the company multiple times and never got a response.  Partly because of this, we have as an HOA board terminated services with our property management company and informed the new one we will not be going through Magic Plumbing.  All they had to do was respond to my emails and tell me WHY they are not listing the rate fee on the receipt.  To not do so shows cover up and disingenuous behavior.  Again, we tried working with them and just were flat out ignored.  As a treasurer I have to show people where every penny goes, so a list showing "hot water heater installed, $1,200" that does not itemize anything is suspicious, and I can't answer their questions if the company won't even respond to me.  Wish it could have gone better, their tech Damion was a great person to work with.  If I'm wrong in my assessment, I just needed it explained as I don't work in the industry.  Again, no calls back, no replies to multiple emails sent.  That's not how you should treat someone who pays you WELL for the services you provided.

Magic Plumbing installed the hot water heater when our house was bullt just over three years ago. The water heater started leaking out of the over pressure valve pretty profusely. I called Magic Plumbing the Freday after Thanksgiving and was told by the receptionist the Sevice Department was closed for the holiday and needed to call the 27/7 emergency number. When I called I was told by an answering service to call the office or leave a message. I left a message at 8:15 am and still have not recieved a call back. It's now 13:30.
