  Brandon, Greg and Rey came out to our home and did a very professional job. They also educated my wife and I on exactly what they were doing and why. They were all friendly, respectful of our home and got us the most affordable price for the excellent work they did. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and invite them back if we have any other work that needs to be done. We are extremely grateful! Thank you guys!!!

  Called to have someone figure out why our instant hot water heater takes a long time to get hot water to the other side of house. Keep in mind the unit works it just takes a while in some areas. Told it was $85 service charge and I will be given 3 options. Tech showed up and told me it would actually be over $400 to run diagnostics. His recommendation was we replace the unit which would cost $10,500 or repair it for $5,600. A quick google showed one part for the repair was marked up 400%. Prices feel outrageous. He told me “we only have one instant hit water heater right now and it could sell at any minute and the parts for the repair could take 6 months to come in”. Another quick google search showed new authentic parts are in stock to ship immediately. I asked about putting a tank hot water heater in to save money. The one we would need would cost $1,200 from a box store and then labor on top of that. He told me all in it would be the same price, $10,000, once it was all done. Not sure how that math adds up. Save your money, call someone else.

  Brandon was very good. He was here installing the water heater and fixing the pipe. He explained everything about the installation in terms that I could understand. I would certainly use Masters Plumbing again. Thank you so much. Chris Roberts
